Know the Medications You Take

Keeping track of the medications you take and sharing that information with your healthcare provider (HCP) are important ways to help you avoid taking medications that should not be taken with other medications (known as drug-drug interactions). Here are 3 ways to help you do this:

  1. Make a list of all medicines you take and plan to take. You should list all prescription and nonprescription medicines, and also include all vitamins and herbal supplements.
  2. Share your list with your HCP and ask if there is any concern about the medications on your list.
  3. Do not start any new medicines without first talking to your HCP.

Please consult the Full Prescribing Information as well as the Patient Package Insert (PPI) including boxed WARNINGS, and Important Safety Information for APTIVUS.

You are encouraged to report negative side effects of prescription drugs to the FDA.
Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088.
